Complaints Procedure

Whilst we hope that you won't have any cause to complain, if you have any concerns with our service, please email us at your earliest convenience. So we can address your complaint efficiently, please include as much detail as you can. The complaint will be reviewed by our Manager and Managing Director, and we will endeavour to respond within 24-48hours.

The Veterinary Medicines Directorate will only investigate complaints regarding Veterinary Medicinal Products (not our service or pricing etc).
